How do I place an order?
To place an order with Sunday Gifts, follow these simple steps:
- Visit our online shop.
- Browse our collection of curated gift boxes, and select the one which best suits the occasion and recipient.
- Once you've found the perfect gift box, click 'Add to Cart'.
- During checkout, you'll have the option to include a personalised message. This will be handwritten by us.
- Choose your preferred delivery method.
- Review your order details and proceed to payment. Once confirmed, your thoughtful gift will be carefully packed and sent with love to your recipient.

Can I add a personalised message?
Yes, every box from Sunday Gifts comes with a handwritten message.
You can add your message on the product page.
Please ensure you proofread your message for any mistakes before finalising the purchase.
Unless you'd like your gift to be anonymous, don't forget to sign off with your name.
Can I create my own box?
At the moment, we're focusing on our collection of curated gift boxes.
You can personalise your gift by adding a note and optional add-ons for a special touch.
However, if our boxes aren't quite what you're after, we're happy to discuss customisation. Please reach out via email on hello@sundaygifts.co.nz.
Do you accept corporate or large custom orders?

How can I join your VIP list?
To join our VIP list and stay updated with the latest from Sunday Gifts, simply fill in your email at the bottom of this page (or any page).
By subscribing, you'll automatically be entered into a draw to win a free box!
Plus, as a VIP member, you'll also enjoy early access to new box releases, exclusive discounts, and other special perks.
How can I win a FREE box?
There are a few ways!
Firstly, you can win a free box by sharing a picture of your Sunday Gifts box on Instagram (make sure you tag us).
Winners will be drawn every few months - it’s our way of thanking you for spreading the joy with us.
You can also enter the draw by joining our VIP list. Just pop your email in the form at the bottom of this page.
Does each box include a Spotify playlist?
Yes, each Sunday Gift box includes a Spotify playlist, curated by us, for you.
This can be accessed by scanning the QR code inside every box.
Each song has been chosen to complement the theme and mood of our boxes, and we hope it helps you enjoy an immersive and memorable Sunday Gifts experience.
What payment options do you offer?
We currently offer credit card and PayPal.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final, so please ensure you review your order carefully before proceeding to checkout.
However, we understand mistakes can happen. You're welcome to email us at hello@sundaygifts.co.nz immediately after you've placed your order and we'll see what we can do. We can't guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we can try our best!
Do you offer returns or refunds?
We don't accept any refunds or returns, unless an item is damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at hello@sundaygifts.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your gift box. Please include a photo of the damaged item, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on the destination.
We work hard to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Once yours is received, it will be shipped on the next business day.
Can I select a delivery date?
If you have a specific day in mind for delivery, such as a birthday or special occasion, please include this information in the notes section during checkout.
Please note that because we work with third party delivery companies, we cannot guarantee delivery on the exact date specified.
However, we promise to do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your gift arrives on - or as close as possible to - the desired delivery date.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey to your recipient.
What if no one is home?
If the recipient is not available to receive their gift, our couriers will make every effort to find a safe and dry place to leave the package.
However, if they are unable to locate a suitable spot, the package will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection, or returned to us.
If it ends up back with us, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note this will likely incur additional fees.
How will I know if my gift has been delivered?
Yes, our courier partners will notify you via email once your box has been successfully delivered.
What if my recipient hasn't received my gift?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us at hello@sundaygifts.co.nz with your order details, and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down.
While we can’t take responsibility for items once they leave us, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider to get things sorted as quickly as possible.
Why does my gift box looks different from the photo?
We strive to ensure consistency in all of our gift boxes.
However, every gift box is packed by hand, and some products are limited edition or limited in supply. As a result, there may be slight variations between each box, such as the placement or colour of items.
The contents may also move slightly during transportation.
What if there are issues with my box?
We’re so sorry if something’s not quite right with your gift box! Please email us at hello@sundaygifts.co.nz with a photo of the box as it arrived and any other details. We’ll work closely with you to make it right and ensure you’re completely satisfied with your Sunday Gift experience.
What can I do if the box I want is sold out?
Each Sunday Gift box is available in limited quantities - so popular items may sell out quickly.
