How do I place an order?
Choose from our Pre-curated boxes or Build your own!
Pre-curated Boxes- click add to cart and don't forget to write a heartfelt note to the recipient.
Build a Box - 4 Easy Peachy steps.
1) Select a box colour
2) Choose your products and click add to cart .
3) Select a ribbon colour
4) Write a message in the notes section located at the bottom of the page!
Ready to checkout? Finalise your details and payment . You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is processed. We generally dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days, you will receive another email with a tracking number once your order is posted.
Can I include a card with my gift box?
How long will my order take?
Orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. We will be sending your SUNDAY GIFT by the quickest and most reliable delivery option available.
We are working hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Once you place your order, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is ready for dispatch. You can track your SUNDAY GIFT with this tracking number. If you still haven’t received your tracking details after 5 business days and you are a bit worried please email us so we can assist you further.
What if noone is home?
If the recipient is not home to receive their Sunday gift , our courier’s will look for a safe and dry place to leave the gift in. If they are unable to find a safe place, the package will either be taken to a local postal depot for collection or it may be returned to our warehouse. If it is returned to our warehouse, we will be in touch to arrange re-delivery which will incur re-delivery fees.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders are final, please make sure you double check your order before checking out.
Can I change my shipping address?
Your delivery address may be changed, but it depends on the time you request for it to be changed, as sometimes the order may have already been processed. Please make sure you double check the address when you check out.
How will I know if my gift has been delivered?
Our courier partners will inform you when your gift has been delivered.
The recipient has not received your Sunday gift box.
Please contact us on hello@sundaygifts.co.nz and include your order details including the recipient and order number. We will then do everything in our power to locate your order however we cannot accept responsibility for missing items once they leave our warehouse. This will be up to the shipping provider and we are more than happy to help you file a claim.
